However confusion on booking due to sale of hotel last November by Travelodge to Mantra. They were u aware of booking commitment re breakfast and other offers made by Travelodge. They honoured breakfast but not all amenities after discussion.
Ok stay nothing special - only benefit is proximity to airport.”

“Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process.
Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this.”

Well equipped kitchen. Hosts not helpful with check in process for late arrival. Studio had an unusual, not pleasant smell when I arrived. Otherwise safe and friendly environment and right on Snug Beach.”

“We loved our view of the river. Parking was good. Unfortunately we had a canvas awning or something flapping all night outside our room.
