Nestled just 1.2 miles from Virginia Tech and downtown Blacksburg, and 14 miles from Radford University, this beautifully updated dual-home property is ideal for students, visiting families, and professionals. Explore the outdoors with Claytor Lake State Park just a 25‑mile drive away for hiking, boating, and lakeside picnics. Enjoy modern comforts, cozy decks, full kitchens, in‑unit laundry, your perfect blend of convenience, charm, and adventure.

We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.

Our cozy retreat at Clay St SE, Blacksburg is perfectly situated near top attractions:

Just 1.2 mi (3 min drive) from the heart of Virginia Tech campus and bustling downtown

A short 14 mi (23 min drive) brings you to Radford University

Nature lovers will appreciate Claytor Lake State Park only 25 mi (34 min drive) away - ideal for swimming, boating, hiking, and fishing

All areas of the home and property are open for guests

Enjoy two side-by-side homes perfect for families, groups, or guests needing extra space. Both homes are single level, with full kitchens, smart TVs, WiFi, laundry, and plenty of outdoor space and parking.

Together, the homes offer 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and flexible sleeping arrangements for all types of travelers.

The property is conveniently located just 5 minutes (2 miles) from US-460, offering quick and easy access to I-81 within 15 minutes. This makes travel to nearby cities, attractions, and campuses smooth and straightforward.

• 2 spots in the shared center parking lot (shared with 1480 guests)

– 3 parking spaces available
• 1 spot on the left side of the house, near the front door
• 2 spots in the shared center parking lot in front of the home (shared with 1482 guests)
– A fire pit is available in the yard. Please bring your own firewood.

Plenty of space for multiple vehicles, and all parking is free and on-site.

-No pets
-Trash bins are located on the entrance side of property.
-There is a camera on the side entry of home.
-The TV's in the home are powered by Roku.
-There are four parking space available for each unit. There are 2 parking spots on the right side of house and 2
parking spaces located in the center parking lot in front of the home. This lot is shared with 4800 Clay Street guests
as well.
-There is a fire pit out on the back side of home, please bring your own wood.

-There are 3 parking spots for 1480 Clay Street. One is located on the left side of the house, close to 1480 Clay
Street front door. Two spaces are located in the center parking lot in front of the house, and this lot is shared with
1482 Clay street guests.
-There is a fire pit, please bring your own fire wood.

Propane (for grill):
1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house.
2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill.
3.If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it.
4.We DO NOT provide propane refills.
