“The rooms carpet was fraying by the edge of the vinyl flooring. The bathtub had rust spots. The blinds on all three windows were broken. I have pictures of all of these complaints. The staff told me that every room is booked and everyone has checked in. Then twenty minutes later he called me and told me there was a cancellation and a room was available. How could that be if everyone was checked in. He only did this because I asked for the manager or when the manager was going to be there.”

“Staff was very helpful in making sure check in was easy. Our cabin was very clean. The only issue was some of the photos currently on display on the website are not up to date. The living room furniture is not the same as depicted on website. At first I was concerned we might be in the wrong place but after checking things out we were good. Furniture was new and clean.
