“The room was smelly and barely cleaned, our kids feet were black from walking barefoot in the room. There was a giant ball of weave inbetween the sheet and comforter and inside the sheets were sandy. The room smelled awful and stale, and the AC didn't help the smell. The outdoor pool and splash pad weren't in service, the pool was emptied. The "indoor" pool was mediocre and the water was cloudy. Indoor isn't the word to use for it, it's outdoors but enclosed with some corrugated looking plastic...

“The two tier pool is mainly for kids if you’re an adult forget about it unless you enjoying wading. The toilets squeal when flushed, when the adjoining room showered it had a large screeching sound in our room and the water pressure was ok not great. Air conditioner was as loud as the shower and toilet so luckily they drowned each other out. Breakfast was ok kind of expensive for options given make sure to check your bill they add a service charge also there’s no pancakes unless the chef feels...
