“The place is clean and nice but it's a lower end 4 star, no complimentary water in room or water stations except in the lobby during the evening. Very basic bathroom amenities, charge for parking even though it's way out of town in a cheap area. They charge the same as Peabody which is much better.
If you want a full Elvis experience, they play an Elvis movie in the evening and pipe Elvis music throughout the hotel so decide if you want to pay for that. The outdoor pool is very nice...

“We enjoyed our stay! No frills but everything was well thought out. The indoor and outdoor pools/slides were great. Having activities, dining and snack options onsite were convenient to have. The staff members are all very helpful and nice. Location is excellent as well - close to Dollywood which was the primary purpose of our visit. We would gladly stay in this place again on our next visit to pigeon forge.”

“The inn was not full; however I was given a room on the 3rd floor at the very back of the inn which was not acceptable. I am a senior citizen and had to bring my suitcases up even though there was an elevator. I should have been given a room on the first or second floor and there were plenty available in the wing I was in. If I were to stay here again I would insist on a room on a lower level. I could understand this if the inn was full; however there were a number of rooms available.”
