“The room was smelly and barely cleaned, our kids feet were black from walking barefoot in the room. There was a giant ball of weave inbetween the sheet and comforter and inside the sheets were sandy. The room smelled awful and stale, and the AC didn't help the smell. The outdoor pool and splash pad weren't in service, the pool was emptied. The "indoor" pool was mediocre and the water was cloudy. Indoor isn't the word to use for it, it's outdoors but enclosed with some corrugated looking plastic...

“This is a nice hotel but it definitely needs some upgrades in the rooms. We loved the lobby area and pool. The staff was not particularly friendly when checking in. The man that helped me was not very friendly. Not rude or anything just not friendly at all during check in process. Basically asked my last name, asked for credit card and handed me my room tickets and said “floor 10” and that’s it. No smile or “welcome.” We also had to pay for parking per night which is ridiculous as this hotel has...
