“The room was clean but overall basic. The bunkbed room for the kids was a fun feature. We stayed 4 nights and our room wasn’t serviced once. We needed to ask for garbage bags (to empty our own garbage) and fresh towels. We understand the hotel was very busy (Easter weekend) but having our room attended to once would have been nice.”

“This hotel false advertised a pool and hot tub on the Expedia site when I checked in it was under construction and not even open having a pool and hot tub is a huge selling point for me.
