I would surely stay there on my next trip. They represent our family expectations of a Hilton affiliated hotel.”

“The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten ”
