“The breakfast menu was decent, basic food you would get from the Walmart freezer section. The selection was limited compared to other Comfort Inns we've been to. Cups for coffee are very small. The A/C was not reliable. Warm, then if we turned it down it was freezing. The WiFi was awful. We had to go through the process of 'signing in' every 10-15 minutes. Very frustrating. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were like putting your head on nothing.”

“Parking was great, we had a handicap room which had everything we needed, jim in the office was exceptional, he made sure breakfast ran smoothly and was so helpful checking in and answering any questions we had, he was a delight, great personality 😀 ”

“Reserved thru Expedia and got confirmation and went in hotel to check in there is no my name or reservation. Unbelievable won’t newer use Expedia anymore for booking ”

“The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten ”
