“The Comfort Inn is convenient for travelers heading to the Great Sand Dunes or the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railway. It’s been around for years. I wasn’t that thrilled with the food, but that wasn’t why I stopped there, the breakfast buffet was blah.”

“We pulled in late - around 11 pm ish and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Shower was good, bed was comfortable, Walmart is just down the road which made dinner easy. Breakfast was great and prepared us for a day of hiking. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“I had reserved a room for 2 nights and our circumstances changed and had to leave after one night. Staff said she had to check with the manager about a refund for the 2nd night and also said I had to contact Expedia which I did. Expedia said they were unable to get me a refund. To my delight, I saw the inn had refunded my money. ”

“Skip the big name hotels next time you are in Alamosa. This hotel is older, but has been updated, is extremely clean, and well maintained. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The brick walls in the room were a huge hidden bonus to help prevent unwanted noise from any neighbors. 10/10!”

“While this is an older facility, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and lastly it is a park at the door motel. No long hallways. The facility is very near the Cumbres & Toltec Railway station and it is convenient to restaurants in Antonito. Nice owners. ”

“This was a wonderful trip with the family. The tent was such a fun experience. Good to get away from technology but was still able to access it if needed in the lobby. Breakfast burritos and s’mores ever night were something to look forward to. Close to the falls and sand dunes. Having bathrooms and showers were a bonus. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but still overall a great time. Would definitely go back and stay here again. ”
