“A quaint and historic stay! Host was very responsive and dealt with a couple of questions quickly for us. Excellent location within walking distance of downtown Johnson City and easy access to all wineries in the area.”

“The location and property were fabulous. It was far enough away from Sam Antonio to where the stars were beautiful at might and close enough that we were able to go into town a few times. The property was beautiful and the balcony was perfect for my proposal to my girlfriend. ”

“The check-in time is late, 4:00. Odd because of the checkout time is 10 AM. For such a small room it shouldn't take so long to clean the place. No oven, no cups plates & no dishwasher. Real simple place. Thcomfortable. ”

“Paint on floors, some outlets did not work, oven could not be used as it was missing necessary grate. The water pressure in one of the showers was very weak. The place was clean and new but just didn’t deliver expectations. For the beautiful kitchen it was disappointing not to be able to cook food other than microwave. ”

“We stayed here for a family vacation during spring break. House was nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the space we had especially the backyard. We used the hot tub and fire pit. Sat out the decks every morning ”

“The hot tub was great! Coffee so so. My husband gets up @ 6am. Me @ 8 a keurig is much more user friendly when only 2 c of coffee are needed. Nice & quiet but still close enough to town. Disappointed there was a burn ban so no fire pit. We understand burn bans as we are E. Texans. But since it has been in effect since Oct. 14 I feel it should have been stated in your description. We were looking forward to sitting outside. Oh well…….”

“The place was cozy and close to Wimberly Square.Kitchen well appointed ( I always look for a quality blender).The weather overnight made the windchimes in the backyard a bit loud, but that cant be helped. Overall the place was great.”
