“Charming B&B excellent accommodation great spot easy walk into Woodhallspa. Breakfast was superb. Staff and owners could not be more helpful. Plenty of parking, nice areas to sit and relax in and out of rooms. Immaculately clean. Good spot from which to walk cycle and tour. Quiet but not remote. In room refreshments aplenty and generous bathroom consumables including towels. Room airy, air con perfect given heatwave we encountered, shower big powerful and very nice. Bed huge and super comfy....

“Bed & Breakfast pulitissimo, camera ampia (quella in cui ho soggiornato io, almeno) e bagno altrettanto, ottimo comfort, finiture e mobilio di qualità, recenti ed in ottimo stato. Dotazione delle camere completa, sono presenti anche adattatori per le prese e kit per interventi di cucito d'emergenza. Gestito da persone giovani e gentilissime. Colazione inglese di qualità, fermate dell'autobus a 200 m.”

“Lovely hotel in a fabulous quiet location. We stayed for 4days the food was good but the menu didn't change in the time we were there, so not a lot of choice. Having said that the area has a number of good eating places nearby. Staff hard working and attentive. Would definitely stay again.”

“Located in Brayford Pool, where the old port wharf has been redeveloped like other cities (Gloucester etc) in has a car park and big multistorey next door as well.£10.40 for 24 hrs. Excellent position for relaxed dining and drinking on terraces/outdoors. Short walk to main High St shops. A significant climb up to the elevated section of the city with cafes,shops and the Cathedral and Castle. Spacious room, but a little expensive. Excellent air conditioning on hottest day of year . “Lovely and handy for the castle for an event. However at £200 a night I would expect Aircon or at least a fan in the room. There were no cups for tea in the room. Despite 34degree temps and asking twice all we were offered was a small fan. Bed was comfy but as it was unprecedentedly hot it was difficult to sleep. Not the hotels fault that it was so warm but really they should cater for paying guests. The bar snacks were very poor, calamari was inedible and for £18 I expected more that 5 falafel,...

“Our stay was very good. It was in the middle of the steep hill. So, was a minute walk from Lincoln castle. Around the hotel was lovely boutique shops and cafes. The a Hotel had a coffee shop that served lovely food. We would definitely return to Rest hotel. 😍”

“The property was next door to a bus stop which was very handy the only problem was the door locking system some times it work's ok sometimes it doesn't id prefer a key system myself??? Technology is okay when it works ok,but not always 100/% per cent reliable ? But otherwise they Hotel was spot on”

“Although the Hotel looks a little tired and in need of some updating, our room was fine. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The Lincoln relies heavily on it's position at the top of the town and behind the Cathedral. It was also very useful to be able to park at the back with no worries.”

“Situato in un'area di servizio nei dintorni di Lincoln, abbiamo alloggiato per una notte durante il trasferimento in auto da Liverpool a Luton Airport. Struttura pulita, camera confortevole con letto supercomodo e personale gentile. E' possibile fare colazione al Damon's restaurant li vicino. ”
