"I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, for several serious reasons. First of all, I booked this hotel through Hotels.com and I still have the official booking confirmation. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the staff claimed that our reservation had been canceled because the hotel price was higher than the price I had booked. They then forced us to pay almost 70% more than the original reservation amount, leaving us with no real choice. This situation felt like a form of deception and fraud. Secondly, the rooms were extremely dirty. The toilet had clearly not been cleaned, and the bed sheets had brown stains, which is completely unacceptable. From a cleanliness point of view, I would give this hotel zero out of ten. Regarding customer service, I would also give zero out of ten. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and unfair. For all these reasons, I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel."
