A magical amazing spot - we absolutely loved staying here - perfect for a ladies weekend and Wendy is a wonderful host. This really is very special , amazing interiors, gardens and some delicious breakfast treats. Beds were extremely comfortable and everything is spotless- thank you Wendy we will be back!

Words cannot express how beautiful Eliza’s Cottage and the on-site gardens are. If you are a plant lover, don’t pass up staying here! Wendy is also a wonderfully gracious host, providing fresh baked bread, jams, eggs, and fudge - my best VRBO experience.

It is hard to put into words how wonderful this property is! Wendy is the perfect host. The property is beautifully maintained as is the house. Both have Wendy's fine touch throughout. We very much enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again!

The host was incredible, from the clear communications, to the welcoming bottle of wine in the fridge and all the delicious treats left for breakfast. The house is fabulous and the gardens are exceptional. Ideally located to explore Marlborough wine country. Highly recommend a visit.

Great stay at a very special cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wendy is a great host. The setting in the vineyards is gorgeous, especially her beautiful garden! The fresh local / homemade breakfast items she provided were fabulous. Would definitely stay again!

Eliza’s Garden Cottage was spectacular - set amongst a vineyard with awesome gardens. The rhododendrons were awash in all colors. Breakfast supplies included yummy homemade granola and walnut bread. The cottage had all the comforts of home. We were sad to leave and rate it as one of favorite stays. If you are in Blenheim stay here you won’t be disappointed.

We had a truly magical stay at Eliza’s cottage. Honestly 5 stars is not enough. The garden and surrounds are absolutely gorgeous, and have inspired my next garden for sure! So many fruit trees! The breakfast provisions were outstanding, we had such a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend and we want to return in the future. Such perfect hosting. Thank you so much

Amazingly Magical Stay

The stay at Eliza’s cottage was a whimsical experience from the beautiful garden to the home made breakfast breads and jams our host our did herself. Our kids also loved a splash in the pool in the afternoons and picking lemons off the many fruit trees in the garden. What a beautiful place to stay while enjoying the lovely wine region of NZ.

What a wonderful haven. We could have stayed for weeks.

A home away from home with thoughtful touches of fresh flowers, homemade bread and preserves and yummy breakfast fixings. Very comfortable beds and nice linens. Set in the countryside less than 10 minutes from downtown Blenheim. Highly recommended.

Idyllic oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Eliza’s cottage. The setting was just dreamy and magical - our kids loved being outside exploring. The house was warm and well equipped and the supplies provided were a step beyond! The breakfast goodies were such a treat! We found it relaxing and charming and it was the perfect spot for our family weekend getaway. The hosts were very attentive when we needed but allowed us our space and privacy. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Blenheim.

Charming Light filled apartment in the heart of Lyttleton.

We loved our stay here. The very tasteful apartment has everything you need with fantastic views of both the port and the hills. With great cafes and restaurants literally on our doorstep we loved experiencing the youthful vibe of this lovely part of Christchurch. Liam is a thoughtful host. It’s a very high recommendation from us.

Incredible place!

What a lovely cottage. The surroundings were unbeatable, looking onto the vines. Great BBQ. Wendy was really quick to reply throughout and very helpful, as was Jessica. They very professionally handled a huge cleanup task from the previous guests, with everything ready on time, including fresh fruit and beautiful homemade bread. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

This is deservedly one of the the top rating Bach’s in NZ.

Wendy’s extra touches were just incredible. Hone made bread (I really need the recipe), tiny, jewel- like preserves she makes herself and eggs from her chooks. The tour of the magnificent garden surrounding her own house was an added bonus. Pudding the sheep was a highlight. I can’t recommend Wendy’s place highly enough
