“Stayed here on our first ever night in Baku. The room was great. Everything was spotless and clean. The staff was the highlight though.... Very friendly, professional and courteous. Made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Baku.”

“The hotel was about 15 minutes from Baku City. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We couldn't find the metro but taxi's were very cheap and the hotel staff booked these for us. Breakfast alright. What we noticed was there was no information in the room detailing amenities of the hotel such as restaurant opening, fire evacuation etc. There was also no tea and coffee facilities as advertised. Hotel clean and tidy. We found it suitable for short stay.”

“There are 2 main staff, the night shift staff was so rude snd not cooperating. The safe did not work in 3 rooms so we gad to carry our valuables all the time everywhere. The cleaning is a big issue, they do not change sheets till you ask for it. The floor is dirty and the buffet area smells bad all the time. We spent the first night in a lower class room than what we paid for. No extra pillows and no hot water kettle so we had to buy one on the first night. Although we paid extra when we booked...
