Yes, its a little remote but its a mere 5 AZN from the prime points of the city. Travel within Baku is ridiculously cheap by global standards so you will have no issues getting around on the cheap. The amenities at the property are quite modern and do not need updating. ”

“The hotel was about 15 minutes from Baku City. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We couldn't find the metro but taxi's were very cheap and the hotel staff booked these for us. Breakfast alright. What we noticed was there was no information in the room detailing amenities of the hotel such as restaurant opening, fire evacuation etc. There was also no tea and coffee facilities as advertised. Hotel clean and tidy. We found it suitable for short stay.”

“My stay at Hotel Divan has been perfect, the only negative note is that I did not have the full amount of money paid in receipt because, the receptionist said, I booked through Hotels.com, so for € 59.00 that I have Paid at Hotel.com, Divan Hotel has billed me 45.00 € that they received by Hotels.com. My was a work travel and the hotel was refunded to me by the company but in this way, I lost 14:00 euros.

On the other hand, I requested for a good view (at time of check in) instead they gave me a room with not just a view but a balcony as well which was not included in my booking.
