“The Rose Farm Inn is a lovely, quaint,cozy hotel and we appreciated the charm but we weren't thrilled with the fact that there was no ice machine on site. We also weren't too happy to have to walk to another site to check in and we had to walk back to that building for a bucket of ice but the staff was very helpful and made our stay enjoyable..”

“I just stayed at the Blue Dory on Friday July 11th. I cant wait to stay again. My room was on the 3rd fl which I didn't mind. There is a fire door at the top of the stairs that swings all the way open and my adorable room was at the end of the hallway. The room was so clean, bathroom was perfect and included a jetted tub. The lotion and hand soap they use smells amazing. There is lovely scent throughout the house. My bed was very comfortable the host was so easy to communicate with and so...

“The property is perfect for a large group of people. There are many beds/rooms/bathrooms and great outdoor space. It’s an easy walk to the ferry/town so it’s a great location as well. The host was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this property!”

“Sherman Cottage is a perfect spot for a quick trip to Block. Incredible location right in town and beach access right out back. The AC is rare for Block Island and much appreciated. The space is small but just what you need for a nice stay. ”

“Overall, we had a really excellent stay. The apartment was very clean with a lot of items that looked brand new. The king bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated access to linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. The location was ideal, except for hearing some loud music, from nearby bars, on weekend nights.”

“We were all thrilled with our stay! The location can’t be beat, close to everything in town. The rocking chairs on the front porch were great for morning coffee, evening wine, and people watching. The suite was spacious, clean, comfortable and appointed with all of the necessities (and then some). The pull out couch was very comfortable and appeared brand new. Holly was great and easy to work with. When we come back, we will try booking the same place, if not another property managed by this...
