“We loved the clean and quiet of the room. The floor is the only thing that didn’t feel clean. Would have liked extra towels . Loved the breakfast and the pet friendly!”

“The air conditioner cooled, but the room was grossly humid. The fountain decorations are broken in the lobby and just sitting there as an eye sore. Clearly the property is not being well maintained. The staff were all very friendly.”

“Every was clean. However, there is construction in the hotel. Even at 8:45, Sunday, the day after July 4th, the workers decided to wake us up while using saws. Then, half the breakfast was cut out because of construction that was not even on the same floor. Worst experience I’ve had as a Hilton Honors members.”

“The front desk attendant was, very attentive, had to ask were the elevator was located at check in, I asked for his name and was reluctant to give it to me. The property has to hot tubs, one didn’t work at all, and the other didn’t heat. They proudly listed as the amenities, the shower broke in the room and no maintenance person was on the property, they didn’t offer to move me to another room, I had to ask them and finally they moved me.
