Stadium Stroll Garden Level is the lower floor of a duplex. The private entrance is at the rear of the building and is accessed by paver stairs and a walkway. There is parking in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles or even an RV. Level 2 EV charger available (shared amenity). Well mannered, quiet dogs considered, but prior approval is required and an additional cleaning fee will apply.

The home has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath (1 step up to bathroom), and a well appointed kitchen. Dining room seats 4, plus 2 extra chairs provided. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable king size bed and 32” smart TV. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and a laundry area in the corner alcove. The living room has ample seating, a queen size sofa bed, and a 55” smart TV. Whether you are streaming the big game or working on your next big project, super fast 2 Gb WiFi has you covered. There is a shaded, private patio under the deck.

You may hear guests in the other unit "Stadium Stroll Main Level" on the floor above. Quiet hours: 9pm–7am. Ear plugs are provided for your convenience.

Off street parking in the south section of the driveway (22' wide x 32' deep) for up to 4 standard-size vehicles. Some vehicles may have to park "stacked" in tandem.
