When I mentioned the issue to the front desk, there seemed to be very little concern, and no effort was made to offer compensation, points, or any type of accommodation for the inconvenience. The lack of empathy and customer service only added to an already frustrating experience.”

“PLEASE ADVISE BEFORE BOOKING Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience. When we arrived, the entire building felt extremely hot and stuffy. The AC unit in our room was turned completely off, and with 90-degree weather outside, the room was unbearable. It took about three hours before it finally cooled down enough to be comfortable. Cleanliness was also disappointing. We saw two baby roaches during our stay, there was rust all around the sink area, and overall the room just did not feel...
