“I had a very frustrating experience I booked through Expedia. I was charged $63 more at the hotel than what I was originally quoted, which is unacceptable. Shampoo had a strong mint additive that burned the skin. The breakfast was a bit poor. Just prepackaged muffins or bagels with egg. Not even toast or cereal. Coffee was good.”
