“I was last in Blue Ridge before the Hampton Inn was finished so I was looking forward to checking the property out. It's in a great location within steps of restaurants and shopping in downtown Blue Ridge. The property looks, feels and smells very new and the staff was friendly and eager to help. “The arrival instructions need to change. There is a much easier way to get to the address. Also didnt know about the gate house, stumbled apon that after getting lost in the park. We checked in with the guard. The contact ended up having to come drive us to the cabin because we couldnt find it. The cabin was nice, comfy, clean. Had all items you need. Didnt give it an excellent rating due to instructions. We wasted a lot of time trying to figure things out.”
