When I'd get back to the hotel each evening around 5pm the room would be 74-76 degrees and it wasn't particularly hot outside that week. “This property is being neglected. It could be a beautiful place but it appears to be uncared for. Carpets in hallways are dirty, elevator dirty and the walls are stained. This hotel is in desperate need of some TLC.”

“This hotel is conveniently located across from Shenandoah University. The hotel rooms and bath are modern, crisp and clean. The continental breakfast was exceptional. The freshly baked cookies at 6 p.m. and fruitbowl throughout the day was an unexpected treat. The staff was very cordial and friendly. They made me feel at home. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Hotel room and bathroom dated. Breakfast on weekend had more options that weren’t available during the week such as fruit and oatmeal. There was communal half and half in unmarked container. I’ve stayed at other Holiday Inn’s and did not see this. Parking was difficult at times and spots were tight.”

“Our shower did not work. The faucet was broken. Reported it when we checked out. It is near the Shenandoah trail which we did and appreciated the location. Lots of fast food restaurants nearby. Breakfast was minimal, not unexpected.”
