“Rooms need renovation but overall good and clean ”

“I tried adding a room at the front desk and was told it would be $489 but checked online and booked it for under $300. Found a roach on my room door, the sink in our room didn’t drain. The shower water and bathtub floors feel slimy. The pool says it’s heated but it’s freezingggg. ”

“If you are desperate and need a room for the night then this could be the place for you. The hotel is very dirty. You can see the filth in the shower, toilet seat. I had to got to the store and clean my room. The tv remote head sticky. Who knows when or if the bed sheets were changed. I had to use my sweater for a pillow. They serve breakfast but I didn’t eat it. ”

“Ill start by saying the majority of the staff is too good. Aside from that be back by 10pm or no parking, breakfast was awful tv service from the 90s, pillows were the worst.”

“We were in town for a soccer tournament and stayed one night. We paid $168 which seemed a little high compared to previous stays at La Quintas but not enough to be bothered by. Our first game was Saturday morning so after an early lunch we were hoping we’d be able to check in early, around noon.. We were told that would be fine but would cost another $23. “There was a cockroach in the wall of our room. While the staff were setting up the extra bed, the cockroach crawled back into the wall, and no one acknowledged it or apologized. I had originally booked a double queen room, but instead of moving us to the correct room or relocating us, an extra bed was brought in from the hallway where it was stored with other items and squeezed into the room. We waited a very long time for the bed to be set up.The maintenance staff who handled the bed were kind...

“This hotel was perfect. The room was spacious, comfortable, and so clean. The staff was so friendly and professional. And the location was perfect. There was a walking nature trail behind the hotel and it was beautiful to walk while the sun went down. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This I can describe as a place or a lot of people stay long-term and hang out outside their rooms or in the parking lot. The dumpster was overflowing garbage everywhere. There’s no ice machine. There was no remote for the TV in the office closes at 10 PM so there was nobody that could help to bring a TV remote. Also there was two of us in the room and there was one towel one wash rag and a filthy bathmat no hand towels the bedding was like sheets and very uncomfortable bad I would not recommend...
