Hotel vicino a Lake Remembrance - Kansas City

“a cup of coffee was 4.65. Complimentary coffee was not available.............drove to Quick Trip and spent 2.49. Hotel was ok but the 4.65 for Starbucks won't work for us.”

“If you are desperate and need a room for the night then this could be the place for you. The hotel is very dirty. You can see the filth in the shower, toilet seat. I had to got to the store and clean my room. The tv remote head sticky. Who knows when or if the bed sheets were changed. I had to use my sweater for a pillow. They serve breakfast but I didn’t eat it. ”

“Rooms need renovation but overall good and clean ”

“It was nice enough for what we needed. The beds were not comfortable for me, and they cut off breakfast too early. Breakfast was pretty bland and very basic, processed eggs and cereal. It was fairly clean. I've stayed in worse places but will try something else next time.”

“Fecies in toilet and toilet backed up when checking in. Bed sheeds dirty and hair on them. Dirty toilet water on floor from having toilet plunged. Room was bad. I slept in my vehicle as I did not feel confortable in this room. ”

“My only complaint was with Expedia. Paid for a king room, but when we checked in the desk said they only had queen rooms. Was told we would receive a refund as the room was slightly less, but never did.”

“Linens stained, perhaps soiled (mainly top covers). Place is showing some wear. Sheets a bit rough, but probably provide some exfoliation. Not much available for breakfast, but you are in luck if an oatmeal packet and an apple would do. Parking convenient. Not a place for lite sleepers, overlooks the highway and quite close. Mattress acceptable. Also, if a sign is on the desk saying, “Assisting another guest, back in 10, call —- in an emergency”, call immediately. After a 15 minute wait,...

“This place is described as more than scetchy. Not a good place for the family just because it has a good price. The staff is just fine but the condition of the property is not good. Smoking and marijuana reek the halls even though there are strict rules against these things. The staff seem hesitant to provide enough towels and bathroom supplies for four people. We stayed two nights and will never stay again. Sorry Quality Inn. The room and facilities were in terrible shape.”

“My bathtub was still dirty. The toilet barely flushed and I didn't have any light bulbs in my lamp. It did get taken care of. I think house keeping should check those things ”

“My stay was excellent! Ms. Jodei checked me in and was OUTSTANDING! She was so nice and efficient, I have no complaints at all!”

“Our 2nd stay at this property. Nice, clean, good accommodations. Kids love the pool area and pool table room. Nice outdoor space and a walking trail behind. Workout room has good equipment and there's laundry. Friendly staff as well”
