Hotel vicino a North Trailhead - Kansas City

“Very unique place, not a hotel feel. Property was immense and only a small portion is hotel. Room walls were adorned with large inspirational words. We had a problem with our tv and the staff was extremely diligent in trying to solve it and ultimately moved us to another (nicer) room. The breakfast had some allergy friendly options. We also enjoyed the nature trail on site.”

“The room was what i expected for the price i paid. One of the beds was uneven. The bathroom sink drained really slow. The breakfast was limited. It was ok if you just needed a place to crash for the night like I did.”

“When you first get there, the property looks decent. However, the hallway had a terrible smell, and upon entering our room, the tile floors were sticky. We later noticed the bathroom was dirty and had mold and rust in the shower. The towels were dingy, looked like they had not been bleached ever. My family had three rooms reserved and my son’s room had an atrocious smell. He went to the front desk and reported it, they stated there was nothing they could do and he gave him some air freshener. “The property was clean, breakfast were always hot and varied. The parking lot is awful. So many potholes that you could not avoid them.”
