“Faucet was broken and the water that came in the sink was burning and unbearably hot. The washrooms were not clean. However the staff was kind enough to transfer us to another room which was just as bad. There was a brown stain on the comforter which was disgusting. Wouldnt recommend this hotel unless you have nowhere to stay in Kansas city”

“I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best”

“The room was clean and quiet. We had a good sleep. It would have been nice to have a working bathroom fan. It got very steamy while showering. The coffee and breakfast were not very good. The staff was kind and friendly, but it would have been nice to have a bell at the counter at check in because we had to wait for someone to show up for a minute or two when we were checking in. Overall, good stay!”

“Positive: A/C, hot water and parking Negative: No restroom at the reception area, the property is not well maintained. Marie, the lady at reception was very helpful and the lady at the cafeteria was so nice.”

“Oof, where do i begin. The staff was initially helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the actual building was a mess. Awful smell in the area outside the elevator, the buttons in the elevator didn't work (staff ran up the stairs to call the elevator from our floor...), awful smell in the hallway, godawful smell in the bedroom, room looked run down and in need of a little paint or facelift. Though we reserved for 3 nights, we didn't even stay the first one. To make matters worse, management...

“Llegué al lugar y no llegué a hacer el check inn estaba tan sucio, mal estado y mal oliente que decidí no quedarme. Tuve que buscar otro inmueble y no me quisieron devolver lo pagado. No es ni de dos estrellas, si alguien busca por cercanía al estadio hay mejores hoteles enfrente. El personal amable pero cerrado, no lo recomiendo para nada. Pésimo.”

“The property is far from the downtown. No cookware. Clean rooms. Not much contact with the frontdesk. To far grom everything, would not be back”

“No remote for t v. Desk clerk attempted a random remote and it didn't work. No response from front desk.Had to go down to it. Room phone not working (safety issue) Desk couldn't fix . Not a good stay. Night clerk was a "No show".Day clerk worked a double. We won't book there again. Very disappointing. Management needs to check this property.”
