“If you are desperate and need a room for the night then this could be the place for you. The hotel is very dirty. You can see the filth in the shower, toilet seat. I had to got to the store and clean my room. The tv remote head sticky. Who knows when or if the bed sheets were changed. I had to use my sweater for a pillow. They serve breakfast but I didn’t eat it. ”

“I arrived after 3 and my room was not ready, not a big deal so they can make sure it’s clean. It wasn’t. There was a penny and all kinds of debris around the toilet, brown smears on the wall near the toilet paper, parts of the wall and shower were coming off onto the floor. They advertised they had a gym, which was why I booked it, and it’s completely gone. I have kindly requested a refund and have not heard anything back. ”

“Ill start by saying the majority of the staff is too good. Aside from that be back by 10pm or no parking, breakfast was awful tv service from the 90s, pillows were the worst.”

“I can’t believe I paid that much for a room for a hotel that was nowhere near the quality of a nice hotel and the rating it had received. I was unable to drive home because of the severe storms and had to stop somewhere . I had stayed in the area before, and hoped this would be a decent place to stay. The front desk staff was very efficient and very kind. My room smelled, the toilet was very very dirty, and the floor was dirty. I was placed right next to the elevator with a lot of loud people...
