Hotel vicino a World Revival Church - Kansas City

“Newer hotel but right on off and on ramps! Very noisy from semis. Wore earplugs , along with pillow over my head. Had bed next to window and still had very poor sleep...maybe 3 hours. 2nd night- other bed, jumping noisy kids above us, loud tv next door! Another poor night of sleep. Called office. Helped but didnt stop the noise. Pounded on wall helped better for loud voices (tv?) Never neen so happy to leave a hotel! Not worth the xtra dollars to stay here. Nice facility but over priced for...

“Very unique place, not a hotel feel. Property was immense and only a small portion is hotel. Room walls were adorned with large inspirational words. We had a problem with our tv and the staff was extremely diligent in trying to solve it and ultimately moved us to another (nicer) room. The breakfast had some allergy friendly options. We also enjoyed the nature trail on site.”

“I love staying at Stone Canyon Hotel!! My mom lives in an apartment close by and I always stay at this property if there is availability. The staff is kind and so helpful and the breakfast is great. Beds are comfortable and there is a beautiful walking trail right outside the door for an early morning walk or jog. Close to everything and easy access to 470, I-70, stadium, and KC. This is my favorite place to stay in KC area!”

“We prepaid for our room. We arrived late- just before midnight after a long day of travelling. When we arrived the room was not ready. The front desk seemed to be scrambling a little but said they had two open rooms. They told me it would be ten more minutes. Forty minutes later- around 1 am- we were given a room that was less than satisfactory. The manager had mentioned that it was in need of some repairs but it was the only room they had available. “The cleaning lady was the only highlight of our 6 day stay there. The owner is horrible and yelled about kicking us out of our room and cleaning everyday and they put a humidifier in our room because of my service lady Queenie. It was horrible. I will neverrrrrr stay there everrrrrrrrr again. The cleaning lady was nice!! Said we don't have to move or leave said we weren't making a mess and we were fine. She was super kind. That place doesn't deserve her!!!!!!!”

My only recommendation is that if you are unable to walk up stairs with your luggage you need to communicate that fact in advance. My daughter and I dragged our luggage upstairs. There is a pull up location where you can walk through the gate to the rooms upstairs near a trash dumpster. However you do not have a code for this gate so if it...
