"1-No room service during a 5 night stay except when I asked the front desk how often they cleaned rooms and their response was "every day"...so the room was cleaned only 1 of 5 nights. 2- Internet spotty and unreliable...it would cut out every night and required a call to the front desk to complain. ..."

"The pool looks neat, closes super early. The entire property smells like smoke, I don’t know how it got the ratings it did because it was nasty.
