Hotel a Blue Springs

“I received a text message stating to text the number with any questions, concerns, or anything that I needed.... Well, I texted the number several times with no response.”

“1-No room service during a 5 night stay except when I asked the front desk how often they cleaned rooms and their response was "every day"...so the room was cleaned only 1 of 5 nights. 2- Internet spotty and unreliable...it would cut out every night and required a call to the front desk to complain. 3- No coffee pod refills bcz they failed to clean room daily and replenish coffee pods. 4- Towel shortage. Only one fraying towel was issued. I had to ask for add'l towels since they didn't clean...

“Upon arrival the ac was not on. After trying to turn it on several times, I used the flashlight on my phone to see better. There will multiple pills inside the vent, white and blue, along with general trash. I went to the desk immediately to leave and request a refund. I asked to wash my hands after touching a contaminated vent and was directed to a bathroom with NO soap. When I asked if they had soap I was told no. Windows were busted out, pills in the nonworking air conditioner and no one...
