“The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. “This property is a great place with 1 exception: there was no hand soap for the bathroom. I requested some from the front desk and dish soap was sent up. I explained that I needed hand soap and was told they did not have any. I asked the ladies cleaning the rooms in the morning and received the same answer. It seems to me that a hotel of this caliber and expense could afford to have hand soap available. The breakfast staff, the valet staff, and the front desk staff were great. Acts 4:12”

“Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience”

“Great breakfast!! Had a restaurant, Lombardo’s, downstairs. Did not get a chance to eat there but the food smelled good!!! Nice pool, jacuzzi, and fitness room! Would definitely stay there again!!”
