“This is a great place and a great value. If I could change only one little thing it would be to get the water in the shower a little more hot; it’s not cold but not quite hot—a little over lukewarm. I’m sure this could be a quick fix from a maintenance engineer. There is a little road noise, as well, which you can’t help being that close to the main road. The simplicity might be a little less than what some want, but the stay met every one of our needs. The environment was beautiful and the beach was our favorite on the island! “What a beautiful place to stay on St. John, a great location with outstanding views. The restaurant was wonderful, we had two outstanding dinners and enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar each evening. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! We are planning to return in 2027!”

“The beach is rocky and has lots of growth. The pool is nice. The paths could use some extra lighting. The room towels were not high quality. There was no activity schedule. Concierge was not super friendly. Telephone never worked, even when we reported it, it didn’t get fixed. This made it difficult to request a cart on departure. Overall a nice property, comfortable room with extra attention to details this resort could be 5 star. I’d give it a solid 4 maybe 4.25.”
