This upscale and stylish RaceDay Condo is nestled in the mountains of Northeast Tennessee and sits DIRECTLY in front of Bristol Motor Speedway. While staying in this tastefully decorated suite, you will have access to an elevator, hot tub, pool, fitness center, and a private clubhouse. We are only 10 minutes from Downtown Bristol. This space is ideal for travelers coming to BMS, Creeper Trail, Music Festivals, Golfing, Shopping, or to discover the area. Also great for travel nurses and doctors!

This smart, well-appointed condo has been designed and outfitted with everything you will need for your stay. It’s a 2BR unit, each with its own private baths. There is elevator access to your front door, and you can park your car in our gated parking lot. While staying with us, you have full access to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, and clubhouse.

A Gate code will be provided upon check-in day. Our unit is located in Tower One at the RaceDay Condo Center. This unit is equipped with a keyless entry, and the code will be sent on the day of your arrival.

During your stay, you will have access to the hot tub, swimming pool, and fitness center.

This condo is located in a gated community, and you must have a pass to enter through the gate of the compound. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. There is a $500 fine for breaking house rules.

We are available as needed. I live nearby and can be reached anytime by phone or text.

Tri-Cities Airport is located close by and has rental cars available. We also have Uber & Lyft available and limited bus transportation Downtown.

If you are driving your own car, the city is very easy to navigate, and traffic is light to moderate depending on the time of day. We are also closely located to I-81 & Highway 421 and Highway 394.

Access to the hot tub and pool is seasonal. Please remember that all shared areas are a family-friendly environment. Please be mindful that there are other guests in the complex, and no loud noise is allowed after 10 p.m.

There are several great restaurants, shops, and drug stores nearby, as well as a Walmart, Food City grocery store, craft brewery, etc, located very close to the complex.
