“The property is always clean and quiet. The staff is remarkable and willing to accommodate any and all needs. The rooms were spotless on every trip, not too mention the attention to detail that they give to every room. The staff makes it a point to remember each guest.”

“The guy at the desk was nice and all, but the hotel is terrible. My 1st room was disgusting like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Floor looked grimy and unvacuumed and the back wall was stained and horrid looking. The room he switched me to, I didn't even look inside. I smelled urine as soon as I opened the door. I immediately recovered my deposit and demanded a refund for the reservation. If I could give 0 or even negative stars, I would. This place sucked!”

“Room bed covers with blood, upon requesting refund. Manager stated I was in the room for 30 mins. That does not justify the beds were covered in blood stain in the room, being a non-smoking smell like smoking to the carpet and to the ceiling.. The worst experience I’ve ever had.”

“When I walked in, there was an overpowering smell in the hotel and I thought it would subside. I got checked in and got my room, and the smellwas in the room. It was terrible. I was there about two hours and ended up throwing up so I had to leave. I get migraines and this triggered me a migraine, and I have fibromyalgia and I’m very sensitive to smells. “rooms were ok. staff was courteous and nice. courtesy breakfast is sub-standard. I suspect the eggs were from a prepackaged powder where they just whip it up prior to heating it. swimming pool looked just ok…I just don’t know how often they change the water. Was disappointed with the chain being cheap with no courtesy bottled water for their guests.”

“For an extended stay establishment it was very good. Room was clean and when I needed something the staff I found to be attentive.”
