“The room was very clean. Upon arrival you can smell the freshness in the room. The entire property is clean.However, not once but twice, had to wait for a lengthy time for the front desk staff to show up, upon arrival and the day of check out. I requested late check out, from 11am to 12am, an hour , but was not granted because I am not a loyalty member, not sure if that’s the term.
