Hampton Hall Golf Cottage

Completamente arredato 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni cottage da golf in premiata comunità recintata. Include WiFi, TV via cavo di base, cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice / asciugatrice full size, angolo cottura nella 2a camera da letto e schermato nella veranda con vista sul bosco privato.
Bluffton è situato proprio di fronte all'Intracoastal Waterway da Hilton Head Island con Savannah a circa 21 miglia a sud e Charleston 87 miglia a nord.
Il cottage è dotato di serrature elettroniche in modo da poter arrivare senza dover incontrare qualcuno per fornire l'accesso (anche se organizzeremo sicuramente per incontrarti all'arrivo se preferisci).
Hampton Hall è una gated community con servizi disponibili $ 8 / giorno / famiglia o $ 50 / settimana. I servizi includono piscine interne ed esterne, campi da tennis (terra battuta e campo da tennis), campi da pickleball, centro fitness, campo da basket, parco giochi e due ristoranti.

Christmas getaway

This property is in a great location and has all the amenities. Security was very pleasant and helpful. Easy to take leisurely walks and enjoy the screened in porch. Property manager was extremely helpful and responded promptly to all my inquiries. I hope to stay here again.

We bought a home in Hampton Hall that was not ready for us. We got lucky and found this cottage. Great golf cottage steps away from the clubhouse. Excellent host and property was as advertised. Well stocked with very nice amenities.

Excellent second stay

We liked this place so much last year we returned for a second year. This year we couldn’t find the beach towels so texted the property manager who promptly explained how to open the owner’s closet, where we found them. Well stocked and comfortable - this year we also made use of the excellent blender! Will likely stay again next year!

Graduation weekend

Stay was great. Property and area were perfect for us to get to graduation and parties. We never received the QR code for gate check-in. Trying to chat with VRBO was a little stressful as it would time out waiting for their answer. Finally gave me a number for local management. Ryan Nobles was wonderful. Within minutes had it all taken care of with gate access and they loved us! Great place for two couples to stay and relax.

Relaxing Stay

My husband and I stayed at this very comfortable cottage for a week. We are in the process of building a home in Hampton Hall, and we had to meet with our builder. It was somewhat hectic going to different places to pick out exterior finishing for our house, so it was nice to have a place that we could just relax at the end of the day. This cottage’s excellent location makes it easy to explore the area. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful for our family of 4!

My family stayed here over Christmas. It’s so roomy, had really comfy beds, a well stocked, large kitchen, has lots of great DVDs and CDs for the stereo/video system, and there’s a washer and dryer! our kids loved their big room with 2 double beds and their own TV and bathroom. It’s on the golf course and walking distance to the club house for golf enthusiasts but still private with trees between the course and cottage. The neighborhood is so nice and safe with 24/7 gated access. The owner was very helpful and accessible if needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Cozy Cottage in a Lovely Gated Community

Seamless from start to finish. Super responsive, accommodating, friendly host. Check in was super easy with the key code that was provided. Cottage was clean, cozy and had everything we needed (we also loved it had a Keurig). Would definitely stay again!
