Palmetto Bluff, Wilson Village 4 Bedroom Cottage

Ricco di fascino del sud e le caratteristiche necessarie per un ottimo soggiorno a Palmetto Bluff. Come ospite avrai accesso a molti dei servizi che il quartiere ha da offrire. La nostra casa si trova a pochi passi dallo spazio verde del Villaggio sul fiume May, che ospita la cappella, il molo, i campi da bocce e le altalene. La struttura del club di canoa che dispone di una delle piscine più belle del sud-est è anche a pochi passi di distanza, questa struttura dispone anche di due punti ristoro e un centro fitness.

Abbiamo appena acquistato questa proprietà e stiamo finalizzando l'installazione prima di scattare altre foto. È disponibile per le vacanze di Natale e Capodanno 2019, nonché a gennaio 2020. La nostra casa è configurata per essere facile da usare per una famiglia, una visita multi-generazionale o un gruppo di amici. Ci sono due camere da letto con letti king size al primo piano ognuna ha un bagno privato e accesso diretto al portico schermo posteriore.

Il primo piano dispone anche di una cucina ben attrezzata, lavanderia, bagno di servizio e una grande sala con camino a gas. Questa zona funge da principale spazio abitativo e da pranzo.

Al piano superiore comprende 1 camera con 1 letto singolo, 1 camera con 2 letti singoli, 1 bagno completo e un piccolo salotto.

We love Palmetto Bluff and this property was just what we were looking for! The homeowners were lovely to work with and the home itself was great. Furnishings were very comfortable and the house was clean. You can’t beat this location! Highly recommend this home.

The perfect house for a quick weekend getaway with the family. We had three of our four adult children join us for the weekend. Highlights included our morning walks after a trip to The Buzz for coffee, spending the day poolside relaxing and an evening guided kayak trip to see all the local wildlife. The house is in a perfect location for easy walking access to many of the amenities and dining. The house was spacious and very well appointed. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed multiple times at PB we found this location to be the best. We always stay in the Wilson area but this house is located right in the heart of the village. It is well equipped and a great layout. I highly recommend this house.

We had a marvelous time! The house was a perfect setup for a group of friends. The hosts were very responsive to all my questions and the rental concierge was helpful in setting up our activities. Extra care was taken to anticipate needs of renters and we loved our time there! Thank you for a wonderful retreat!

This property was amazing in so many ways, especially for our low key family trip with babies. It is in a great location where you could easily walk to the docks, shops, bike rentals, coffee shop, and restaurants. They had a high chair and pack and play, and the kids room had pull down shades on all of the windows, making it dark enough for naps. The master bath was also big enough for a pack and play. While the babies were napping, we spent a lot of time on the front porch swing or in front of the fire. It was such a cozy house and was so clean. Erik and Natalie were very responsive and so helpful! We all left feeling very refreshed even with babies on the trip, so that is definitely saying something!!

I rented this home for my son’s wedding at the Montage at Palmetto Bluff. Erik could not have been more accommodating and kind. The house is immaculate, well stocked, just perfect. If you are looking for a home to rent this is a definite must!!!!! You will not be disappointed.

We have rented probably 10 different properties at the Bluff and this one has to be one of our favorites. The owners were super helpful and responsive and had tons of nice little touches to make it feel like home. Our kids kept saying how much they loved the location and layout of the home and everything was really well kept, clean and comfortable. We will be back for sure!!!
