House Rules / Notices:
No pets allowed – We love furry friends, but to keep the home allergy-friendly for all guests, pets are not permitted.
No smoking inside – Please respect our smoke-free home policy. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
Please take good care of the pool key fob provided for access to the community pool across the street.
A $150 replacement fee will be charged if the key fob is lost or not returned at checkout.
