“Very old that’s been through a refurbished style. It was OK but not my preference for a 2nd stay. ”

“You had to reserve lounge chairs to sit on poolside, and that was not explained to us when we checked in. You also had to order a minimum of $50 of beverages or food to be able to sit on a lounge chair that you had to reserve. The service poolside was horrible. It took us an hour just to get our drinks.”

“There was black mold in the bathroom and the shower floor looked filthy. I was assured that it was clean, that magic erasers were used to clean them and it had just worn off coating making them look like that. I’m not convinced. The sink was slow to drain. The clothes dryer didn’t work. My son and his family also had a room here and theirs was worse. Staff wouldn’t even look at their complaints (hair in shower, urine, blood and feces in bathroom). “I came in on an early bus, and the staff was so lovely they let me check in 3 hours early without an extra charge. When I got to my room it was so clean I could have eaten off the floor.
