“Most hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They do not provide daily cleaning services which was unusual but I think most hotels are doing that now. They have a small bar where you can order food which was nice; however, the Bartender seemed overwhelmed even though there were hardly any customers. I placed an order to go and asked if the food could be delivered to my room she replied “we don’t have staff for that”. A simple “No we offer that service” would had been a better...

“It was tough to find a good hotel up here on our road trip, but Bodega Bay Lodge ended up being such a wonderful surprise. The view from the property is absolutely amazing — you can just sit and watch the bay for hours. The pool and hot tub overlooking the water were the perfect way to relax after driving, and the fire pits at night made it feel so cozy. The restaurant on site was excellent, with fresh seafood and a great wine list, so we didn’t even feel the need to go anywhere else for dinner....

“The views!!!! This wonderful cliff house is very private (thanks to the new bridge taking traffic away) and a wonderful view of the beach/sunset and moonlit ocean. We had a lot of fun discovering the "secret shortcut" to the beach and walk there 2x a day. Bodega Bay is a great place to eat out and it is difficult to beat this stay for so many reasons.
