Location eccellente e punto di forza della struttura. Il personale, salvo delle rare eccezioni, è stato poco sorridente e poco Guest oriented. Il receptionist che ci ha fatto il check out è stato bravo e disponibile e anche il signore che ci ha aiutato in quel momento con i bagagli. Devo ammettere che non trovare caffè, bollitore e dell’acqua di cortesia in camera è stata una bruttissima sorpresa. Queste amenities ci sono in hotel di categoria inferiore ormai ovunque. La chiusura del bar alle 21 è molto scomoda. Mi sarei aspettato molto di più.
