“Friendly staff, but there were issues. The fridge was loud and the television channels did not work. Thankfully I was able to sign into my personal Netflix account. Somebody used a keycard to access my room while I was in it. I had the door stopper engaged which prevented them from actually entering though. Other than those issues, the room was clean (there was an over powering scent of cleaner though). There was also a $10/day fee for parking which was not apparent while reserving. Overall,...

“The property is dated, but clean and quite. Julie Ann was so helpful with helping get more pillows. The bathroom door was coming off the hinge, but the bathroom was clean. Easy to check in and efficient. ”

“Stanze grandi ma un po' spoglie anche se con cucinotto annesso. Letti rumorosi e scomodi. Parcheggio sotto le finestre delle stanze fonte di rumore specie la mattina presto. Alla richiesta di potere lasciare i bagagli in albergo per qualche ora dopo il check-out il personale ha risposto di no adducendo come scusa la mancanza di spazio idoneo.”

“Great place to stay, very clean”

“Very old building, felt smelly and dirty. Lots of parking, but did not feel secure in surrounding areas, staff was not very helpful, and our TV did not work.”

“The pictures look much nicer than reality. The TV and bed seemed relatively new, everything else was in bad disrepair. There was an old RV parked in the lot all night too. I will avoid this hotel in the future.”

“So Kristina, at the front desk is excellent, she goes above and beyond helping us with our reservations.It's been screwed up a couple of times and it's always been her to fix it. She is always friendly and always willing to help. In housekeeping, our favorite is Ralph.He remembers us and always knows how we like the room.And it always smells fresh after he leaves. He always goes out of his way to make our room comfortable. ”
