“Friendly staff, but there were issues. The fridge was loud and the television channels did not work. Thankfully I was able to sign into my personal Netflix account. Somebody used a keycard to access my room while I was in it. I had the door stopper engaged which prevented them from actually entering though. “Loved the breakfast and the spacious room! The staff was lovely and very friendly and helpful! Was very pleasantly surprised by our suite and the kids loved each having their own pullout couch. They were disappointed that the pool was closed for half our stay because we did choose the hotel especially for the pool. The sound proofing wasn't great but our babies white noise machine was pretty helpful with that. I didn't mind the beds but if you're very particular about beds you might not find...

My only problem was the wifi kept disconnecting every few minutes. At first I thought it was just my laptop, but then I noticed it on my phone too.
