“Nice place”

“The staff were friendly. The grounds keeper kept an eye on our vehicles for safety and kept the outside area clean and attractive. They allowed dogs for a $25 daily fee which is fair. The floor of our room was sticky which I let them know. The breakfast option was minimal--a packaged fruit bar, coffee or tea only.”

“Very happy with our stay! Will likely stay there again in the future. Everything was clean and in good condition, staff was kind and helpful, breakfast was good, and the location was great for our purposes. Only minor complaint is that early check-in was not ready despite calling ahead. Overall we were very impressed with the property and recommend it.”

“This is a motel. There are no elevators. I am a senior citizen with mobility challenges and heavy luggage. I was booked on the 3rd floor. The check in clerk carried my luggage upstairs for me and someone was sent to carry my luggage down for check out. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. “Room was ok carpets were stained (blood even) - bedding and linens have to be 20+ years old - just replace and add some fresh paint - replace carpet with some flooring !”

“We appreciated the air conditioning and found this a quiet and comfortable place to stay. It was very easy to get to the LRT which was a huge benefit for us. The breakfast is basic (toast, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, and a cereal) but it suited our needs. Parking was easy and there was plenty of room for us.”

“Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

“Room was comfortable and clean, as was the lobby. The property is in a somewhat sketchy area, didn’t feel completely comfortable parking my car there. Front desk staff was not friendly. My main complaint was that after staying five nights I had to extend my stay another week and they jacked up my price by $55/night. I moved into the La Quinta next door!”

“Very basic, very affordable accommodations in a very expensive city. Just as an example, a very basic breakfast for 2 at a nearby hotel was 1/3 of the price we paid to spend the night here. It was just what we needed: clean room, comfortable bed, quiet hotel, low price. Located very close to all the action at the waterfront and Pike Street Mkt..
