“Our stay was incredible! This is one of our favorite experiences that we have had. The hotel is absolutely adorable, wonderful staff, great amenities, and just the most lovely weekend stay while we skied at Stevens Pass. We give 5 stars all around! Highly recommend! ”

“Very little parking. Checked in late due to road closure delays. Room keys were oncounter but front desk woman was clearly not understanding her job. Had to continually remind her of who I was. Had to stand in cold outside at midnight waiting to check in. Room was filthy with hair clumps on clean towels on shelves. Dirty socks from previous guests on floors. Pretty shabby for $250 per night!!”

“Staff are polite and helpful. The hotel is in a VERY sketchy neighborhood and appears to be a long term rental for people on public assistance. Lots people of coming and going, people wandering around outside our room at all hours, cats in the window, etc. My husband was nervous about leaving his truck there while he slept. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and I wouldn't stay here again. ”

“We loved our stay here! The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and it was incredibly quiet—exactly what we were hoping for. We originally booked in part because of the breakfast omelette bar, which unfortunately wasn’t available during our stay. However, it wasn’t a big deal because the breakfast that was offered was still great.
Check-in was smooth and welcoming. We were given a king room on the 4th floor, which was perfect. A nice bonus was the secure underground parking garage,...
