“Perfect place to stay if you are going to a game. T-Mobile, Lumen Field & the waterfront are all within walking distance. Our room was clean & comfortable. All the furnishing were new & the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Finally, the staff were all awesome - excellent service. We will definitely return to the Populus.”

“This new hotel is gorgeous and spotless. It’s an easy and safe 4 minute walk from the Amtrak station and a short walk to the waterfront/ferry terminal and Pikes Place, so it was fun to explore the area on foot. Public transportation was very nice and close by. The walk to the international district was a bit dodgy. I didn’t dine at the hotel restaurant but enjoyed the rooftop bar (nice vibe & view). I found awesome dining options close by. Room cost was higher than what I usually pay, but...

“This property was centrally located but still away from the hustle and bustle. We had a great stay. Jess at the front desk is the best and the gentlemen that assisted us with valet were pretty awesome good too. If you when a chance to order room service- pls do. We ordered their seafood risotto, fresh basked focaccia bread, lasagna and their mussels. We ordered both nights. It was that good! Would definitely stay there again!”

“Got there early and they found an available room. This alone gets the 5 stars. However, the location is near a variety of different tourist attractions. Pikes place, the Space needle. And it was walking distance from the train station. Also the el from the airport runs right by it. It’s a no frills hotel. Clean room, great location, friendly staff,…and cheap. ”
