“The room was facing the highway and extremely noisy. The heater was noisy too. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful though. ”

“I was disappointed that I had to ask for everything to be in my room. Then I had to go and pick it up. Only one of everything in the room. If I needed anything extra I had to go and pick it up! They were awesome about extending my stay due to weather! Definitely great for that!”

“Should be cheaper for what it is. An old motel acquired by a large hotel group slowly renovating it. However upgrading rooms doesn’t leave an excuse for it to be dirty. My room was full of pubic hair and nail clippings. Only pro is it’s in a great area. ”

“Staff were a bit standoff ish. And dining experience was poor. They were friendly at dinner but food was awful. Breakfast they were rude told us oven was broken and then as were leaving said to the guests in line who heard that the ovens were fine. ”

“Great stay, however, the pillows are really overstuffed , never had an experience where they were so puffy to the point of not usable. The property might need reorder pillows, as a guest , I’d bring your own. ”

“Clean room, friendly, and helpful staff. We walked to the Space needle and it was less than 15 min walk. There is several cafes, bars, and restaurants in a walking distance. Would stay again if in Seattle. ”

“We loved our stay here! The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and it was incredibly quiet—exactly what we were hoping for. We originally booked in part because of the breakfast omelette bar, which unfortunately wasn’t available during our stay. However, it wasn’t a big deal because the breakfast that was offered was still great. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. We were given a king room on the 4th floor, which was perfect.
