“Position was really excellent but prepare for sleepless nights because of a Ducht Pub on the other side of the street open till late, with people chatting, laughing and making loud noise every day outside (even with -1°C) , especially during the weekends. Extremely noisy waste collection around 05-06am was annoying, too. Maybe there are few rooms facing elsewhere, but sleeping in a room facing the street was almost impossible.
