“Hotel has not been maintained well and not the cleanest. Bathroom were clean. Beds were comfortable. A trade off to get lower cost lodgings in downtown Boise. Staff was attentive especially in breakfast area.”

“I not only felt unsafe upon arriving as the riff-raff in the parking lot was concerning. I was on the second floor thankfully but had to squeeze by do to the smokers sat comfortably in the middle of the stairs. The room was smelling of stale cigarettes and every piece of furniture dirty, stained and dingy. A decorative pillow that had clearly been through it was resting upon my pillowcase which was horrifying to say the least. There was blue painters tape surrounding the fan in the bathroom,...

“No pets , never saw another person who worked there after initial check in , as soon as I entered to check in , the Oder , was noticeable, not nice , the rooms , windows dirty streaks up and down , some rooms cracked glass , clear tape on the cracks on multiple different room windows, bed was lumpy , no room service , just for the bathroom, not pleasant was my stay with a good friend of mine , went there to go fishing , never again would we stay there , or recommend it . But I guess you get this...

“The staff was great and the location in downtown Boise was perfect for walkability. The room wasn't our favorite but we were glad we weren't by the ally where I guess a trash man abruptly awoke our neighbors across the hall. The shower was nice and large but our view was of a parking lot. Overall pretty good and the staff was super friendly.”

“It's a great place to stay with excellent service. They offer complimentary airport shuttles. I recommend requesting a higher floor the street traffic noise if loud in lower rooms. ”

“This is a very good value hotel. Conveniently located and near good restaurants. My only complaint: the airport shuttle operates from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m. It does not operate for flights taking off early morning. Hotel guests must take a taxi or a ride service which cost between $18 and $25. My hope is that this good hotel can fill-in this gap in providing airport transportation.”

“The guest house was the perfect location for my visit. Very close to all the action and great restaurants downtown. The off street parking was appreciated and the property was quiet and secure. I hope to book here again.”

“This hotel is nice, clean and quiet, close to some small restaurants and the riverfront green belt. A grocery store is within walking distance too. The staff is friendly. The only issue is that there is a popular fast food restaurant located in front the hotel property. There is always a long line of cars at the driveway for drive-in services. It blocks the traffic in and out of the hotel.”
