“The breakfast was tasty every morning. The kitchen in our room was stocked with utensils and everything needed to cook a meal. When we had interaction with the staff they were always helpful and friendly. ”

“The hotel was clean, but very dated. Hot tub jets didn't work, fan in bathroom as well plus thermostat didn't change when adjusted and shower luke warm. ”

“This has to be one of the nastiest places I've ever stayed in my life. Part of the floor is just perpetually wet, large chunks of the wall are just coming off, or are already fallen off/apart, the fridge and microwave are down right deplorable, The bedding smelt bad (I ended up getting my own sheets and blanket to use) the air out of the air conditioner smelt bad like everything else, the floor was dirty so I ended up washing it myself, the sink sprayed water everywhere, the TV had duct tape...

“Was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Lobby was very pretty, breakfast was excellent, pool was very nice. Gorgeous location by the river. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Boise. ”

“They initially put me in a room that had a strong vanilla smell which I found bothersome. I asked to change rooms and they were quick to accommodate me.”

“Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They gave us a cute doggie bag for our dogs. The dog area was nice size and clean. There was plenty of parking. It was in a good location near shopping and restaurants.”

“The Sparrow is in a great location and is clean and nice. It is a great value. It isn’t luxury but I will stay here again. The bed was so comfy and so were the pillows. I could hear people in the adjoining rooms a few times but overall it was great. ”

“No pets , never saw another person who worked there after initial check in , as soon as I entered to check in , the Oder , was noticeable, not nice , the rooms , windows dirty streaks up and down , some rooms cracked glass , clear tape on the cracks on multiple different room windows, bed was lumpy , no room service , just for the bathroom, not pleasant was my stay with a good friend of mine , went there to go fishing , never again would we stay there , or recommend it . But I guess you get this...

“Room showing wear and tear. Sheets had holes probably just missed. Sofa bed was not clean under cushions. Tv had an issue with the chrome cast and I was told to figure it out. Ended up going to buy 60 Dollars worth of adapters and cables to be able to watch from my iPad. Front desk could answer the phone. I called 7-8 times I walked down to the front desk and they were just chatting. ”
