“Our family enjoyed the stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Eagle, Boise, Idaho. Our room was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a week-long stay. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of food and drinks. The kitchen staff maintained a clean, inviting environment to start the day. Ginger was especially helpful and friendly. Elizabeth, who was staffing the front desk, was very helpful, especially with using the business office. My wife used the workout facilities...

“Main management and a few employees are very kind and helpful. Our family was in a studio for a few days. During this time we noticed the employees didn’t like to stay at the front desk. They kept a sign up that says they will be back in a few minutes or dial zero on the phone for immediate assistance. So if you need anything, you constantly had to call them. They were just in the back behind the door hiding out. It just gives the appearance that they’re not real eager to want to help you when...

“This has to be one of the nastiest places I've ever stayed in my life. Part of the floor is just perpetually wet, large chunks of the wall are just coming off, or are already fallen off/apart, the fridge and microwave are down right deplorable, The bedding smelt bad (I ended up getting my own sheets and blanket to use) the air out of the air conditioner smelt bad like everything else, the floor was dirty so I ended up washing it myself, the sink sprayed water everywhere, the TV had duct tape...

“This time the bed was a bit lumpy, and the hot tub only had 3 working jets, but the staff is friendly enough and the breakfast is decent”

“Breakfast was great, and the lobby is was among the best we’ve stayed in. Rooms were pretty basic, and a little dusty around the edges. The pool was warmer than most, but kinda gross with grungy edges, and pretty dirty and sandy in the bottom, especially in the spa, where you could see it piled up in the bottom. ”
