“Positives: Hotel and room were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Two bedroom suite was spacious. Very convenient location. Cons: 1) Careful with pre-arrival check-in. Keys were ready when we got there and check-in was quick, but our room was given away while we were there. Fortunately, it was during the day and we were in the room when this occurred. Front desk did correct the booking problem. 2) Our floor (3rd) was quiet, but heard people/children walking/running...

“You advertise a pool & hot tub. The pool was so dirty it had two ducks swimming in it. The hot tub was dirty with leaves & stuff. That was disappointing. However, when the TV didn't work, someone came to fix it within minutes. When we couldn't figure out the shower, someone was there right now! The counter people were very nice when I told them they had vagrants hanging out in an alcove. She went right out & made them leave. So, although the hotel needs some refurbishing, you staff made our stay...

“Everything was perfect - extremely helpful staff as I had issues w my reservation with Expedia. The manager Jordan went above and beyond and the rest of the team was amazing as well! Housekeeping department was so sweet and helpful. Definitely do yourself a favor and stay where the team cares ! Will def stay here again. Minimal complaint was that the jets weren’t working in the hot tub but other than that A+ stay!”

“Overall nice and clean, but if you’re expecting to have some ice when you’re there you can forget it. I’ve machine in the refrigerator/freezer is off and empty. You have to turn the ice machine on and get about a dozen pieces of ice by morning. Inconvenient to say the least. I can think of several reasons not to have a shared ice machine but if you arrive a little late it’s a bit of an issue.”

“I was surprised at the antiquated furnishings and overall lack of update to the rooms. The shared areas looked great as did the lobby. And when does am inside bathroom not require a fan? ”
