“This was a basic room. There was a small refrigerator, but no microwave. The bed was comfortable. The room faced the street and afternoon sun. Other cabins were behind ours and in a semi-circle that were not as exposed to street activity, but we had a dog room. We needed to request an extra set of towels as there were 2 of us and only 1 set of towels. The bar people were also the hotel staff, so they were doing two jobs. The price was high compared to other hotels.”

“We had a nice stay at La Quinta in Caldwell. The staff was very nice, the amenities was perfect, breakfast was the usual, we did have a shower issue, but it wasn’t a deal breaker and the staff was notified of the simple fix. Overall we enjoyed our visit.”

“I have pictures and videos of this horrible unsafe condition. Bug's all over dropping off the ceiling threw the night all over the walls and floors. Dirty sheets other people's hair and glasses in the bed and some type of orange stains. Tube had other people's hair, mold, staind towels, toilet was not clean. The bathroom amenities had been opened and used prior to us. On the other bedroom it looked like mouse poop on the bed sheet. We had to remove our shoes and socks because the floor in the...

“Tv never worked, ac didn’t work on a 90 degree weekend, room stayed around 88 the whole time. Got locked out of my room for hours with my dog because they key card battery died and nobody had a key or replacement to fix it, battery key fob on my side of the hotel also didn’t work for majority of my stay :)”

“The property is very nice, they had just renovated the pool and got tub and we were told they do this every year. The staff was great. The property has ample parking and it's close to everything you could think of to eat or shop. The only down side was the breakfast. It was the same everyday, pork or turkey sausage, would have been nice to have bacon one day. They ran out of bananas on the last day we were there and a shortage of yogurt on that morning too. I returned to the office and advised them I would be leaving and requested a full refund on my card”
