Hotel a Garden City

“this was honestly one of the worst states I’ve ever had in any hotel. there was basically nothing pleasant about it. There’s almost 0 parking, especially if you have a SUV I had to park it two blocks away and the next morning everything in my back was stolen. The rooms were a mess. When I asked if I could stay just 15 minutes later, the checkout time was 10 o’clock. They demanded $20 which was ridiculous. “Staff is some of the best. This is an older hotel and needs to be re-done. Carpets are clean, but old and stretched causing wrinkles and unsightly lines The pool is big, but it appears to not have been swept in a couple days so debris at the bottom was evident 5 + years ago, this would have been a 4/5”

“Room was great, nice and clean. The only thing we didnt like was that the air conditioning blows right on top of the bed. We were either too hot or too cold. Otherwise, everything else was very nice.”

“Most of the room was functional, but shower was not clean. Towels were dirty. Didn’t turn on AC because it was covered in dust. Only 1 towel bar (above the toilet) for a 4 person room. Needed a paint job looked like they had painted over dirt or plaster areas with a thin coat. Hallways were very smelly. Sanitizer wallmounts were empty. Sauna wasn’t working. No bedbugs though and outlets all seemed to work!”
