Hotel a Garden City

“The location was convenient for our stay and what we needed. However, the seal under the door had a big gap and we experienced a lot of bugs within our room.”

“There is no staff and access is via a code. I arrive late at night but there were no lights to let me see the code box. Note that the room is very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. However, there is no TV in room if that is important to you. Parking on the street was plentiful. I only saw one other guest the whole time I was there. “The walls in the room were chipped and floor super dirty, refrigerator area broken. Manager refuses to call me back, front desk ready bad.”

“I have pictures and videos of this horrible unsafe condition. Bug's all over dropping off the ceiling threw the night all over the walls and floors. Dirty sheets other people's hair and glasses in the bed and some type of orange stains. Tube had other people's hair, mold, staind towels, toilet was not clean. “Laundry room was well maintained, very convenient. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is up to date, the kitchenette has a full size refrigerator. Everything worked as expected. The only thing is that there is no pool, no exercise room and no complimentary breakfast.”
