“Was very disappointed that the indoor pool and hot tub were closed in the middle of our stay - this amenity was a deciding factor to stay there! Otherwise, everything else was as advertised, excellent breakfast choices and bed was very comfortable - definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Very good bed with two pillows. The AC/heat unit worked well. There were plenty of electrical outlets. Lighting was good. We checked in late and were not settled in the room until 10pm. There was no hot water. There was hot water in the morning. The sink was great looking but not very functional - it was difficult to turn on the water without it splashing all over the counter because the basin was too small for the faucet style. “I have pictures and videos of this horrible unsafe condition. Bug's all over dropping off the ceiling threw the night all over the walls and floors. Dirty sheets other people's hair and glasses in the bed and some type of orange stains. Tube had other people's hair, mold, staind towels, toilet was not clean. “Only one room was available when I arrived and I had to take it and it was next to the elevator. Asked for a breakfast bag as I was leaving before their assigned breakfast time. In it was one apple, one dry bagel and a small bottle of water. Very basic motel and not up to Hampton Inn's previous standards. Won't stay there again.”

“Immediately walking in, the hotel is super clean, and the front desk clerk was very welcoming and friendly. In fact, every single person I interacted with was very nice and helpful. The room was also very clean and surprisingly spacious. The pool wasn’t quite open yet for the season, but it looked really nice from what we could see.
