“Was very disappointed that the indoor pool and hot tub were closed in the middle of our stay - this amenity was a deciding factor to stay there! Otherwise, everything else was as advertised, excellent breakfast choices and bed was very comfortable - definitely recommend this hotel.”

The sink was great looking but not very functional - it was difficult to turn on the water without it splashing all over the counter because the basin was too small for the faucet style. “They had construction going on that no one informed us about when we booked our stay. The view from our room was the dumpster with weeks of construction debris strewn about. We were surprised that we had no housekeeping after our first night and had to go ask for some clean towels to shower on day 2. Day 2 we woke to a power outage - no coffee machine - no TV - the water system electric recirculating pump to get the hot water to our room was down so a cold to lukewarm wash off was all we got....

There was also mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that caused my husband to WHO HAS BREATHING/ LUNG ISSUES, to have an allergic reaction causing him to have labored breathing. WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD GET A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY AND STILL HAVE NOT.”
