“The room was fine enough to stay in as you traveled through. There was not enough plug-ins to recharge things nor were there any in the bathroom. There was not a vent fan for the bathroom either. There was a bit of a smell, but tolerable. There was not a coffee maker in the room, but there was instant coffee in the office, but they were not open early.”

“I have pictures and videos of this horrible unsafe condition. Bug's all over dropping off the ceiling threw the night all over the walls and floors. Dirty sheets other people's hair and glasses in the bed and some type of orange stains. Tube had other people's hair, mold, staind towels, toilet was not clean. “Our room wasn't very clean. It didn't appear to have been vacuumed and we found a bag of groceries in a drawer from the previous occupants. Also, the air conditioning in our room didn't seem to work very well and it was pretty uncomfortable during our stay. Other rooms may have been nicer and it could have been a one off situation.”

“The room was very clean, however, the hotel was under construction. All three floors had construction going on, even in the hallways. Carpet was being laid, and I found numerous wood screws lying on the hallway, and one screw in the room. If I had stepped on one, it would have gone through the sole of my sneaker. “The Boise Guest House is our goto place to stay when we come to Boise for an event. It's always quiet, and there's a small backyard with tables and chairs to sit in. Checking in is always easy. The room we stay in is set up like a Studio apartment with a kitchen area. I'm sure the rest are the same. We'll be back again and again.”

However, there is no TV in room if that is important to you. Parking on the street was plentiful. I only saw one other guest the whole time I was there. “We used to stay here but then found a new hotel that we liked better. We ended up booking here again this past weekend because our favorite was sold out. We had two rooms and neither party was happy. Complaints were that the elevators take FOREVER- I think we waited close to 5 minutes one of the times.
